After the aquarium we stopped at Via Entertainment. We got sucked in by the Star Wars & Walking Dead games, before we realized 2 hours went by. Sure this place is small, but we still had a lot of fun. They have some of the coolest bowling alleys, that I have seen, in this area. The young man behind the game counter was incredible nice & helpful. Only complaint would be the restaurant service. I understand that they weren't busy & it was the "soft opening", but there was absolutely no waitstaff around at the restaurant. The girl I ended up finding was incredible nice also. A+

My wife, a few of our friends, and I went to Via for a night out and ended up finding shortcomings one after another as our night continued. Our first stop was to guest services to get a lane for our party (two couples) where the staff couldn't figure out that we were two couples paying seperately who wanted to share a lane, even though we said each couple is paying separately. Next we made our way to the lanes and we had to walk through the carpeted arcade area, and couldn't help but notice how disgusting the carpet was. Stains absolutely everywhere, making it look much older than it was. Shortly after we began bowing the bartender came to the lane to see if there were any orders we had (a service I quite like) but was disappointed when we had to wait an obscenely long time for both food and drinks. Not to mention they forgot my wife's drink which was only a soda. While waiting for the food we bowled and needed to have the lanes serviced due to malfunctions several times. (a total of five times in the two games we played) I was surprised with the food as it was good, although we were also surprised to find out that when we ordered the largest pizza they make, it ends of being a pretty small pizza. After eating I went to the bar to order one of the menus FEATURED COCKTAILS. To my surprise the bartender had absolutely no idea what it was and had to check the menu to verify whether I was just making something up. The bartender then called over another member of bar staff where they debated how to make the drink as neither of them knew. Eventually they found a recipe scratched on sketch paper that had been hidden somewhere in the bar. On the last frame of the game the lanes once again malfunctioned and we didn't feel like waiting for service so we left. As we checked out we again asked if we could have the bill split between the two couples. Again the bartender had to call the other member of the bar staff over because they didn't know how to split the bill. Out of what we thought would be ease we just agree to split the bill 50/50 instead of by item. The members of staff didn't know how to do this so the bills ended up being $10 difference anyway, and the items weren't split by couple so they just apparently made something up. We mentioned that the lanes weren't what we expected to guest services and they informed us they tell the owner constantly and they inherently don't care. Following up with "there's only so much we can do." Which is true for the situation they are put in. Overall if some new management that had higher expectations were put there and some frequent problems fixed I probably would've had a more pleasant time. The things that were done well were done quite well. However the shortcomings were obvious and frequent.

Went to check out the newly opened restaurant with friends after a day out. Once we were seated we were asked for our drink orders, 3/4 of the group received their drinks while 2 of us waited an additional 10+ minute to receive our "BOGO DOMESTIC" beers from the bar. After waiting an hour for our food to come we asked the server if she had an idea of how much longer our food would take or if she could please find out for us, she replied to this question like she did every other question that was asked of her with "I don't know". After watching her go into the kitchen to ask then do a lap around every other table, we caught her attention again and she said that it would be about 5 minutes. After another 10+ minutes went by we were able to catch the attention of the manager who then went in and asked about our order. Once our food finally came out after over an hour wait the others were incorrect but we figured with fries and other sides being the major issues we would just trade them amongst ourselves, but when we noticed that our friends sons order hadn't come out yet we asked about his order and received a rude reply of "I'm not done yet." And once again with the servers lack of knowledge and awareness she returned 2 minutes later asking what she had missed. After we finally had all of our food our friends sons burger was severely under cooked which the server did take back without questions and cooked to the requested temperature. We ate our food which was good once we sorted it out. Once we received our bill though more issues came up with pricing. My friend and I both requested the "BOGO domestic drafts" which we received but were charged $8 for them. Once again I politely asked the server what the price of domestic beer was and she replied with her typical answer of "I don't know." She walked away and when she had returned she said that was the normal price for them. Out of frustration we paid our bills and began to walk out when the manager came to our group and offered us 1 coupon (when there were 6 separate checks) for 20% off the next visit( which none of us plan on.) when we finally left I still couldn't believe that a domestic beer was typically $8 so when I arrived home I called the restaurant back and spoke to a girl that was polite and friendly and asked her what the price of domestic beer normally was and she informed me that on game days domestic beers were "BOGO" and no more than $4. It frustrated me to write this review because I am typically a very easy going patron and understand the difficulty that can come with being a server. But this was a terrible experience, if you want somewhere to take the kids, family, or anyone that enjoys fish and aquariums go to the aquarium across the hall with beautiful tank fish, and a friendly staff and you won't be disappointed!!! But as far as the restaurants go to the 99 on the other side of the mall. The servers are polite, friendly, accurate, and when they advertise 2 for 1 domestic beers they give you 2 for 1 domestic beers.

Best bar in the area. Go see Dr. Nelson at the bar! Good food amazing service football and games

Worst experience ever. We sat at the bar and our bartender was not very responsive at all (they weren't busy at all). We ordered apps and when they came out, they sat at the bar, waiting to be brought to us. Our bartender was no where to be found, and the other bartender looked at them and the order slip multiple times and left them there to get cold! Then we waited over 45 min for our meals (chicken tender basket and a buffalo wrap). Meanwhile, a ketchup bottle behind the bar exploded (yes, exploded) and shot all over my light grey (Under Armor) sweatshirt!!! Finally, after an hour, and tired of waiting, we asked for the check and told her about and showed her my sweatshirt, she laughed. They still charged us for our COLD apps and she seemed puzzled and quite offended when I stood there and waited for my $3 in change, leaving her no tip!!! Here's a tip...find a new job, you're not a very good server!
