All employees are helpful and treat all customers nice. The employees will work with the customer to service their need and they always follow their rules and regulations of the business. I will always use this service, hands down .
Local Enterprise location found me a great rate for a one-way rental to Bradley airport. Enterprise rep met me with my rental car at the body shop where I was having my car repaired. Completed all paperwork there and I was on my way. Painless! Will use Enterprise again for the return trip at the end of my vacation.
I love enterprise but HATE this location. It's close to me so I always try here first when I need a rental and I'm ALWAYS disappointed smh. Was told come in with debit card n paystub, then they said they don't take debit after I just called them! Said it needs to be bank card. Went n got bank card then they wouldn't take paystub said they need utility bill I'm like c'mon now. Long story short I NEVER get a rental but other places have no problem. I just don't understand why enterprise has to be so difficult UGH
I rented a car in June and kept it until October. I am an enterprise platinum member and their rates just kept rising up up and up. They also stopped giving me back my security deposits. The rates started at 99.00 weekly then in a month it went up to 296.00 a week. The staff is great but there really isn't no reward in being a member. I'll try my luck on public transportation cause I feel like enterprise is a rip off.
Experience with car was excellent. I was picked up before the rental and taken home after the rental. It would have been 5 stars, but they did not have a car for my intial time of 12:00 pm; I only got my around 6.
