Waited 5 hrs and they woudlnt open a Pot Limit Omaha table!! There were 15 people on the waiting list... never again. I gave two stars because the Poker Room was actually fairly luxurious. It's definitely nice, clean and well maintained. However, what's a Poker Room without Omaha
This was the perfect spot for a Casino!!
I understand the policy if no one under 18 years in the casino floor but the enforcement was taken to the extreme.
The fact that there were enough security, a variety of slot machines & enough tables to play was great!! Especially since it's close by home where I can go at any time within 10 minutes from the house. The cleanliness of the restrooms, eating areas & different rooms was nice to see. The employees on the floor all had smiles on their faces, also knowledgeable & helpful when ever needed.
Decent size and very clean casino, including the bathroom. Staff was knowledgeable and had great attitudes. Love the level of security and staff walking around if you have any questions. The seats were comfortable. Although we didn't eat they seem like they have a good selection of food. The rush rewards program is a great idea for accumulating points and keeping track of your promotional credits. Can't wait to go again.
Husband and I took turns at the gate to say goodbye and we all went back home hungry.

Rivers casino is not a place for a young family to enjoy a nice night out. SAD.

Tried to have dinner at the restaurant for a going away party. Was turned away at the door because my 20 month old child was not allowed to cross the casino floor with me to reach the restaurant.
Such a great experience. I was in town for 2 days for leisure. The hotel was suburb! 3-6 pm free wine, the rooms were clean and spacious and great view of the river! Only downfall is the Internet was horribly spotty and slow. The casino was clean, lots of security which was pleasant to see, not crowded but interactive crowd! Dealers were great, and the rush members club was beyond accommodating. They went out of their way to give you all the promotions which resulted in 25 dollars free slot play and 25 match table play. Great new member rewards at the time mine was play for an hour get 25 dollars at any of their restaurants and free night stay at hotel. Will definitely be back thanks for a great experience.
