All of the associates were very helpful and patient while i took my time looking at every option and phone for my use and my budget. i was extremely satisfied and recommend this store specifically for anyone who is thinking of switching. especially from Verizon.

Sprint in Rotterdam was top notch.Steve S Was above and beyond service .He took me from beginning to end leaving no detail out. Everyone in the store was very helpful and worked together. Steve's professionalism And customer Care was beyond anything I had ever experienced. Atrue concerned demeanor making sure all our concerns and needs were met. Highly recommended. I honestly was not planning on making any purchase towards a phone, but I met with an employee named Steve who was extremely friendly, informative, and persuasive. He convinced me to switch from Verizon and ended up switching and purchasing a new iPhone. Extremely helpful and informative.
Today I went into the Sprint store to talk about options for myself and my daughter. The service was amazing. They were able to give me the best options, helped me save money, and knew a lot about the phones. Also they fixed my crazy account. This store is not a corporate store so somethings they could not do but they will walk you through the process. I had a great experience.
