Unbelievable service! We had a mix up with our delivery. I called. Patrick said, "Let me take care of it!" He picked up the arrangement and returned with a new arrangement that blew us away!!! It was great to work with someone who just wanted to make things right and to take care of his customers. I can not give them enough stars for the quality of the flowers and their customer service!!
We can't comment on their flowers, however we were behind one of the Randolphs delivery vans today at 2:22pm. The van was travelling westbound on Washington Ave, having just passed Walmart. It was travelling very slow, and was veering onto the right shoulder. Everyone was attempting to pass it. When we finally passed the vehicle, we saw a female driver texting (phone was being held up, and was easily visible). The woman had no clue how she was driving. She's going to kill someone some day. We will never do business with this company.
I purchased a floral arrangement that cost $54.99 plus $22.98 S&H and the flower bouquet was extremely small, and pitiful. Price Chopper does a lot better flower arrangements. They will never get my business again.
They send me an email later on saying they could not deliver this day but would bring it tomorrow. What good is that? It's an anniversary today... I call Randolph and he drives 12 miles (after his store is closed) to bring a bouquet to me where I work, so I could have the flowers with me when I get off work. Would not take a tip, would not charge me a delivery charge. Told me to call the next day with my credit card info. Unbelievable!! Excellent flowers excellent service.
