I worked with Kim to decorate a very plain room for my wedding. She understood exactly what I wanted. During the planning process, Kim made sure I was getting what I wanted. She very diplomatically stated that the decisions were up to the Bride when others were getting pushy during the planning process.

Total Events put on a spectacular casino night for us. The decorations were great, the dealers were so much fun, no complaints at all. Everyone had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend Total Events for your party!

When I went to check out the venue, there was a wall that wasn't covered the way I had thought so I gave her a call. Kim explained that for safety reasons they couldn't pipe and drape the one wall but she would see what she could do. I got a call back saying that the owner of the company would go to the venue the night before or the day of the wedding to see what she could do. Due to in climate weather, we had to do pictures in doors and I was so pleased with what she could do to make that part of the room look better. I was very impressed with the customer service and responsiveness of the Total Events staff throughout the entire planning process.
My daughter lived in Boston and was getting married in Loudonville. We met with the team at Total Events and explained to them what our thoughts were and our budget. They went to work and and created what my daughter referred to as a "dream wedding"!!! As the father of the bride you cannot ask for more than that! They were absolutely great to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again....The owner Rich and Megan and her team over-delivered which is why they are so successful!!!
