I have previously purchased furniture from raymour and Flanagan when I lived in Rochester. Walking into this store with my pregnant wife, looking for a bed, I had no clue what to expect. We were greeted by Erica Todd, who is unmistakably the greatest asset to this company. She was able to answer every question we had, didn't get annoyed when we tried out around 50 different mattresses not including ones we tried out 4-5 times and also not including the adjustable bases we were trying out. She was very patient and professional. After our purchase the delivery team and customer support team were phenomenal. Everything from start to finish was perfect. Thank you again. I love my beautyrest sleep tracker adjustable base and my tempurpedic mattress. The only problem I have is I don't know how I'll ever sleep flat again! Thank you Erica, Lisa, delivery staff and everyone I dealt with.
