All staff are very friendly. Cashier Erin and manager Rob were helpful and smiling. It's worth going out of my way to shop at the Niskayuna Hannaford!
Good, well organized grocery store. Clean, not too crowded. Fair prices. Better than Price Chopper. Not as good as Wegmans.
As not only an employee but also a weekly shopper, I have to say that this Hannaford stands out more than any other. Everything is always placed in a well manor throughout the store and very rarely is anything ever out of order or difficult to find and if it somehow is, someone is always close by to asisst. The service is excellent and the employees are well trained, highly professional and kind. I would recommend this store to anyone.
