Schenectady ulta has the most ratchets staff. Very rude. Very unfriendly. Waited in line for 10 mins while 3 coworkers were talking about break schedule

The store is greatly stocked, and on top of their deals, but the people who work there are a little snobby and not to knowledgeable about what they carry. This is based on multiple visits. I never really feel welcomed at this particular store. I’ve been to the one in Wilton and felt like I belonged there.
Everyone is helpful. It's perfect to pick up your favorite salon, drugstore and high end products. You can try anything you want. Rewards program and strategically placed impulse purchase items ☺
