TERRIBLE customer service. Mocked me.
I love this place, food is amazing an well worth the money an the service is awesome i always leave with a smile no matter how bad my day is, these guys are just amazing

Give it the amount of time to deliver. Open my wrap. Find a wrap with literally just chicken and bacon thrown into it. Nothing else. So I call to complain because who would want to eat a wrap with no moisture what so ever? It's disguising. The guy was extremely rude to me ok the phone, literally started yelling at me. Told me I should have written it in the description if I wanted tomato lettuce and mayo. Why would I if you already have it clearly stated in the description? Never have I been treated so poorly but someone in a customer service position. He literally started mocking me and saying "boo-boo" over and over again when I said I would not be ordering anymore and would be writing a review. Astonished. To think I loved this place.

Placed an order for a pizza through grub hub specifying one half to be mushroom and onion, and other half to be meatball. The pizza arrives and is both halves all things. After sitting on the phone for about 5 minutes while the manager shouted in the background then being hung up on and calling back and to re explain to different people that the order is wrong (one person has a mushroom sensitivity so the fact that there are mushrooms on the entire pizza means she can't eat any of it) and asking if there's anything they can do we were told no. They would not replace the pizza, exchange the pizza, comp us for the pizza. Nothing. They said this is an issue with grub hub (Not sure how but okay) so they aren't responsible for helping us find any sort of solution. We tried explaining that we love the pizza and would hate to have this experience go unresolved and the man replied with "yeah that's a shame because we have the best pizza around!" Very sad to say that after years of loyal patronage and support to this local business we will not be returning with our business. A mess up is fine, if it was an issue with grub hub that's fine too, but the blatant disregard for their customers is a bit unnerving and highly unprofessional.
placed an order on grub hub for a crispy chicken wrap. It clearly says in the description that it comes with tomato lettuce and mayo, like most wraps anywhere normally do. I click add bacon.
