Alternative Storage Facilities is the BEST storage facility around. The manager/owner Terry goes above and beyond for her customers. We had to move our stuff into a storage facility after hours and she made the experience easy and seamless. She left detailed instructions for us on how to access our unit and on the contracts that needed to be signed and provided us a safe place to leave the contracts afterward. She was available via her cell phone at all times if we needed her that evening. Not only that, we needed locks for our unit, she let us pay for them over the phone and had them waiting for us when we got there. We barely had to lift a finger, we just had to move our stuff in. If you need a storage facility, you should not consider anywhere else but Alternative Storage. Terry will take awesome care of you. We have a lot of peace of mind knowing our stuff is safe and that we have a competent and friendly person like Terry to deal with. Thank you so much Terry!
I have nothing to say but great things about this place and the fantastic lady who owns it. I've rented a storage unit here twice over the past two years to store stuff from my dorm room over summer vacation - it's a quiet and secure place, very affordable, even on a college budget, clean, everything you could ask for! And I cannot say enough about how great the customer service is.
