Who ever is that lady with red hair she got issues hint if ur a coustmer there she'll think you're gonna do something bad and you're not
There was a ball python starving to death in one of the display tanks. When I mentioned this to the cashier, her reaction was... Puzzling. Not sure if she wasn't surprised or if she took personal offence to the fact that I had pointed out the skin and bones, unresponsive snake laying out in the open in the front of it's cage.
Probably the worst PetSmart I've been to. At least 4 employees on the sales floor, yet I was never offered assistance.
