The owner of this store is wonderful, he helped me above and beyond what he had to do. I bought a mattress from here and it actually fell apart within the first year of me owning it. The owner of ACT II called the manufacturer and had a new one made for me even though the mattress I had was a limited edition. Upon delivery the new mattress was damaged as well. The owner let me go down to the store and choose any mattress in the place for my trouble and the inconvenience. He even delivered the mattress himself to my apartment and removed the old one.
I also purchased new mattress at a set fair price (no fake sales). I was very happy with the sales team in the store. The delivery team was great, they gave me a time, and were punctual. They set up the table perfectly and were polite..
I purchased a beautiful solid oak dining room set at a terrific price. The set was second-hand but in great shape.
