Old brick listened to my complaints about the custom made furniture I had ordered, and called the manufacturer and had them fix the couch to the way I wanted. I had an excellent experience with the manager John and I would recommend them to everyone. Their products are the best in town too. Well made and comfortable.
Coffee table and end table are very nice. Looks great, price very reasonable. Only complaint was delivery charge for this would be $94 for a $400 purchase. Had to get help and a bigger vehicle from son in law to bring home.
Wonderful experience! Our salesman, Chris, was personable and extremely helpful. There was no pressure and he remembered us when we came back to look a second time. The delivery men checked with us multiple times to make sure we liked how everything was set up. We'll definitely come back!
Bought a couch from Old Brick. The salesman was very patient and friendly. We enjoyed the experience. He didn't rush us and the couch came in sooner then was expected. Everything went really smooth. Would buy from them again.
Very Polite, Helped me find the PERFECT mattress without being pushy, kept their distance while we were sampling, and on top of that they were very fast with setting the mattress and box spring up at the house. Were on time, and gave a call like 6 or 7 hours before they showed up which is amazing! 10/10 Would buy from them again. Was a great experience.
