They showed up just when they told me, they unload gear and were on the roof by 8 (on two of the hottest days of the year) worked until after seven. Mine is not a simple roof, two layer of old metal, a dormer a poorly designed lower pitched addition roof, a 350 sq ft flat section in the back, an exterior stair entrance roof...etc.... The entire job was done by noon the second day. There was not a single piece of debris anywhere on sight, which is a feat in itself given all the gardens surrounding our place, and not a plant damaged.
Extremely thorough, honest, timely, and meticulous. They went WAY beyond expectations, charged thousands less than the competition, replaced the entire roof in one day, and still took time to protect all the plants around my home. Amazing.
My only regret is that I did not know of them when I was running my a little contracting business. I would give S&G 10 stars if the review would let me.... My Thanks to the whole team.....Charley
S&G Roofing responded quickly when I called them about fixing a couple of loose shingles that were originally installed by another company. After making the repairs, they thoroughly inspected the rest of the roof and secured several other sections of shingles that were not fastened correctly. Paul of S&G is clearly a perfectionist and demonstrated the proper way to install shingles. I'm happy that I called them and would highly recommend consulting them for any roofing project.
I spent years the construction trades, so I know a good job, a fair job and I have seen many poor jobs. The Job S&G did for me was a GREAT job. !!!!

We had our garage roof replaced. The work was done quickly and as described in the contract. The crew worked well together and did a great job. They were respectful of our property and did an awesome job with the clean-up afterwards. Our direct contact for the roof replacement was with Paul LeClaire. Paul worked with us on a couple issues to meet our needs to our satisfaction.
S&G was a great company to work with. We had unknown damage to our roof under the existing one and they replaced many sheets of plywood at the price they quoted us. Very fair pricing and great quality work. They completed the job quickly and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company.
The only reason we didn't give a 5 star rating was due to a lack of timely communication from S&G regarding a delay in the start time of the job. However, Paul was apologetic and compensated us for this issue.
I can not say enough about the quality of their work, the respectful attitudes of their workers and the time I was given in discussing the work and my options.
With all the extra work and repairs what come with an old roof like mine the price was still under the the contract price and estimate for all the possible repair work...
