Bought 2008 GTI about two years ago here loved it no issues. Been all through the other dealers "high end" ones sell Range Rovers and Porsche. All great up front but do not take care of you after Sale and treat you like crap. So today stop in and loved it again here basic no hassle this is way it is and price take it or leave it. Love they don't play the back and forth game. So bought Charger RT! Awesome straight forward place for used cars at a great price!

stopped in at Tower Auto , was greeted by sales guy Jason. I went in knowing what I wanted and what I could afford. Jason helped me by showing me a few cars , letting me know what would work for me. I picked out a beautiful Mustang , Jason was very patient in working to make sure it worked out for me , and today I'm bringing her home !! :) Great guy to do business with. Highly recommend.
Had bought a car here before when credit was horrible and paid off. Also referred someone. So thought I'd come back and get a truck possibly and see about financing (credit not great but income is). They were nice and fast and not pushy. Talked to a finance guy who said he'd call them the next day. Never heard a word. If I didn't get approved ok but tell me! Don't leave me hanging! Also saw the truck was still for sale even though they took my card info for a "deposit" to hold it. Never heard back...nothing. A simple " sorry we can't do it" goes a long way. Def won't be coming back when my situation is better. I'll go to someone else or just get another vehicle from my previous dealership since my car is 90% paid off. Thanks for not even being courteous! :) Maybe it's a blessing
For starters, the finance manager, Joe, is a disgrace. He is rude, offensive, disrespectful and has no customer service skills what so ever. He had the nerve to raise his voice and belittle me before hanging up as I was still talking!! All because I wanted him to get in touch with either Bob, (the owner) or Pat, (the Manager) regarding the status of a truck Tower Auto sold my son-in-law; that he got to drive for 1 week before issues started! I have called a few times a week for a month, YES, a month this has been going on! Maybe, if they didn't just slap an inspection sticker on a vehicle that needed brake lines and had a bad oil pan (along with other major issues), I wouldn't be so cranky and be a BOTHER to them!!! They think they are being "helpful" by having the truck towed, (yes, towed because it couldn't be started), from Lacy Ford in Catskill to Metro Ford. By the way, Lacy said the truck NEVER should have passed an inspection or been sold the way it was. Yes, they are being "helpful" by giving my son in law a car to get back and forth to work with, but AGAIN, if they did the RIGHT THING in the beginning, he wouldn't need it!! Metro Ford was busy and couldn't get to the truck for a couple of weeks. Tower Auto then had it towed from Metro Ford to Prime Auto Sales down the street; for them to diagnose the problems that Lacy has already diagnosed!!!! We were not even notified that they took it from the reputable Ford Service Garage to some unknown private garage (which I hope isn't the place that put the inspection sticker on the truck to begin with!). At this point, we have hired an attorney because we just want our money back and let them keep the truck. We are waiting to see what Tower Auto offers before we proceed legally.
