I love this facility the atmosphere is very welcoming! A large variety of classes and the trainers with each their own technique makes it an exciting place to workout. I would recommend this facility to anyone!! #toteslovesitall
Best Gym in town. The BFITT classes are amazing motivating and so much fun. The instructors are fantastic I take class 3x a week.
Nice gym! I visit family in Schenectady often, and try to keep up my routine. This is one of the best facility's I've been to. The equipment is well maintained. I initially thought the treadmills looked dated, but they were very smooth and comfortable to run on. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Best Fitness is THE BEST! Amazing variety of equipment, classes, trainers. SO much space. The functional training area and BFITT 60 group training are my favorite!!
