Cheap, no waiting for any machines, a lot of equipment seems used or old but all work as needed, it's everything ya need.
I've been a member for over 3 years. I love the classes, the owners are great people, and it's affordable. What's not to like?
I joined this gym understanding what it was. It's a pretty small gym with lousy old equipment, but it has a friendly atmosphere....or so I thought. I called the gym to ask a question and when the gentleman answered the phone he didn't say what his name was. I politely asked if I could know who I was speaking with and he got a ton of attitude and told me that it wasn't my business but I could ask again. When I did ask again he promptly hung up on me. This is quite literally THEE worst customer service experience I've ever had. You are a public business. Try some professionalism next time. I will try to call back at a different time and hope to get the nice young lady I signed up with in person so that I can cancel my membership. Such a disappointment. This rubbed me so poorly, that I believe this is the first negative review I have put on any platform.

I LOVE this establishment. I have never enjoyed going to a gym in all my life. I look forward to going to this one. NOT corporate owned, owners are pleasant and listen to patrons's needs. Gym is bright, lots of natural sunlight, good locker-room space and best of all, no gym odor. Owners know members by name and say "hello" and "good-bye" to every one of them. Pleasantly priced below corporate facilities that have too much staff turn-over and dreary interiors. I went once, joined on the spot, husband followed a week later and then my son also joined. WE all dropped a corporate owned facility membership in the middle of our contracts to be members here and couldn't be happier. Cheryl and Tim have done an excellent job of making having to work-out less of a chore for me. THANK YOU!
